On average, a course takes 6–10 sessions, 4–6 weeks apart, depending on the area, skin type and hair. Your specialist will draw up an exact plan at the first consultation.
They do different jobs: manual massage works deeper on the muscles, while hardware massage (Stratosphere, pressotherapy) targets lymph flow and body contouring. Combining both gives the best results — a specialist will build your program at a consultation.
Yes, every treatment has its own contraindications, such as pregnancy, cancer and acute inflammation. Before your first treatment we hold a consultation and review your medical history.
Arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. For laser hair removal, shave the area 1–2 days before your treatment and avoid tanning for 2 weeks. We will send detailed guidelines after you book.
